First Quarter Experience in ICT

It’s been three months since our first grading has started. Time passes by so fast. The day has come, the day where our parents will meet our grades. Where some will get scolded of their failing grade, some will be praised of their high grades. But someone told me, “It’s not about having high grades, it’s about what you have learned.”
There are various information that are stored in my brain this quarter. Just like in our ICT 10, I have learned the Father of the Internet, the Software Pioneers, the Internet Protocols and a lot more. There are also different types of blogging.

At first, I had problems adjusting with the new classmates and new teacher in ICT. I also had problems in memorizing the dates of the History of the Internet and also the different acronyms, THEY ARE SO MANY! We also had reporting which I’m a little bit scared of because I’m a little introverted. Just a little though.
In adjusting with the new ICT teacher, it was quite easy and so as adjusting with my new classmates because they are all friendly and kind. In memorization I just followed my mom’s method. Just read the same sentence 5 times. I don’t know I just shared it because it might help you guys. Because it helped me too! In the reporting I actually didn’t say much as I requested to our group leader to just give me little lines to read. However, my classmates are the most amazing and beautiful people as they had helped me come out of my box.

Moving on, I will improve myself preparing for the next quarters. I will promise myself to be more productive, not just in our ICT but to other subjects as well.

Celebrating our 121 years of Freedom             On June 12, 2019 we will celebrate the 121 st celebrati on of our independence. It is the time to celebrate our independence from the Spaniards and to honor the greatness of our heroes. On June 12, 1898, our former president Emilio Aguinaldo declared our independence from the Spaniards. Our flag which was designed by Emilio Aguinaldo, himself was formally shown during the declaration of our independence in Kawit, Cavite. The flag has three colors, 3 stars, and a sun the meaning of the clors red is our courage, the blue color means that Filipinos prefer to die than be invaded by foreign people, the color white means that we know how to lead ourselves. The three star, is the three main island of our country- Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. There are eight provinces that started the revolution namely, Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Laguna and Batangas which is r...

"Pandemic ka Lang, I Am Filipino"

The cases of CoVid-19 has gotten worse ever since its first cases here, in the Philippines. A lot of our countrymen has lost their jobs, families and a lot more. But there are also things that stayed within us, its our ' bayanihan'  or simply helping each other out in time of need. Our resiliency that somehow doesn't budge.      In the month of January, every single one of us has been informed that there was an outbreak that happened in Wuhan, China. In fact, there was one confirmed case already but we didn't really act fast enough. I am not blaming anyone I just think that we could've done better or more. The CoVid cases spread faster than you could imagine. March rolls around and almost every country was in lockdown. Everyone has stopped going to their schools and jobs (except of course our front liners). Everyone was asked to wear a mask, wear a face shield, sanitize, and to minimize gatherings. Everyone was obedient at first but it became more...
